Who we are

Which data we process
We only process the data you provide to us via the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message. In addition, limited technical data (such as IP address) is processed on our server for security and stability purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data exclusively to answer your message and to contact you if needed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Retention periods
We keep messages from the contact form no longer than needed to handle your enquiry, with a maximum of twelve months, unless a client relationship is established.
Processors and third parties
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use a limited number of service providers (processors) for website hosting, email delivery and analytics. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. These are: – Oracle (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure): website hosting in the EU – Resend: delivering email from the contact form – Plausible Analytics: cookieless, anonymised statistics
Transfers outside the EEA
Our website is hosted in the European Union. To deliver email from the contact form we use Resend, a service provider based in the United States. This transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Cookies and analytics
This website only uses functional cookies and cookieless analytics. No tracking cookies are set, which is why no cookie banner is required. Analytics are anonymised and cannot be traced back to individuals.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object. To exercise these rights, email us at info@btnt.nl. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
